Easy Soy Sauce and Honey Salmon.

Dear Reader,

I wanted a salmon recipe that even my husband can make with no errors, but it needed to taste good and if he can make it without messing it up, anyone can. It takes only 10 minutes to make and I love this recipe because I can sit back and let him make it while I watch my tv shows.

Easy Soy and Honey Salmon

What you will need is:

300 to 400g of salmon (two steaks; 150-200g per person)
1 teaspoon on ginger
0.5 crushed clove of garlic
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 tbsp soy sauce
Chopped Fresh herbs (Coriander and Basil)
Sliced red Chili
A pinch of Paprika

Note: You can add a spice for fish mix that is ready made but only a tiny bit because the soy sauce is already quite salty.

Mix everything together. Marinate the salmon steaks in the mixture and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 170° C. Bake for 10 minutes basting steaks in the sauce half way through to glaze it.

Serve with mashed potatoes and/or broccoli and have the best and quickest fish dish of your life.

Mix ingredients together in a bowl or container.

Add salmon to the mixture and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes before baking.
After 10 minutes in the oven.
