Easy Stir Fry

Dear Reader,

If you're looking for a low carb dish, and you are pressed for time, then try this recipe. I like cabbage a lot. I know that it's not everyone's favourite but put some chicken and soy sauce in it and cabbage gets a very sexy asian upgrade.

Chicken, Soy and Honey Stir Fry. (Serves 2)




Ingredients:

300g cabbage
300g Chicken
1 Tbs Coconut Oil
1 Tbs Sesame Seeds
1 Small Onion
2 Cloves Garlic
0.5 Tbsp Ginger
1 Cup Asian Veggies of your choice
1.5 Tbsp Honey
1.5 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Directions:

Note: You will prepare the meat and veggies separately and then mix in the end. Use a non stick pan.

Add oil into a hot pan and sauté the onions and garlic for one minute before adding the chicken and letting it cook halfway (soft inside and white outside). Then, add your seasoning, then soon after, add honey, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Stir quickly and when the chicken is cooked, empty out of the pan into a bowl. 

Onto the same pan, add the veggies and stir fry them until they are wilted but still crunchy. Season them too. Add more oil if need be. 

Now mix everything together and serve. 

This is the easiest recipe that you will ever find after boiling eggs!
