Rosemary and Garlic Chicken With Red Cabbage

Dear Reader,

Here is another easy supper I am making while writing this blog post. Yes, that is how easy and undemanding it is. This recipe serves 1 so do necessary calculations to serve more than 1 and enjoy.

Rosemary and Garlic Chicken With Red Cabbage (Serves 1)

140g Chicken
140g Shredded Red Cabbage
1 tbs of shallot
15-20ml of oil
0.5 clove of Garlic
1 sprig of Rosemary
1 tsp Green Onions
0.5 tsp Garam Masala,
0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
0.5 tsp Curry Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste

Add oil into medium hot pan. Add rosemary and garlic first into the pan and let it move around the oil for a few seconds. Add Chicken and spices and seasoning to the pan and sauté until almost cooked. Add shallot and onion to chicken and stir for 10 seconds or so. Then add red cabbage. Stir cabbage until covered with aromatic oils, lower the heat and cover the pan. Have a look after 3 minutes and stir and leave again for another 3 minutes until cabbage is al dente and wilted a bit.

Bon Appetite!
